This is a 5" single-layer tutu designed especially for newborns. Perfect for those newborn pics! If ordering "in advance" of the arrival, the waist will measure 16".
Available in the following styles: solid color, mixed color (up to four colors), color block (up to four colors), or two-tone reversible*.
*$21 for double-layer. Two-tone reversible tutus are double-layered. For the smaller tutus, I do a standard single-layer for those who don't want the tutu to be "overwhelming" for the littlest customers. However, if you enjoy a lavish tutu, feel free to add a layer!
