These are my current business and and ordering policies.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your custom-made order to arrive; though it will typically be much quicker, I have no control over delivery times for colors I may not currently have in stock.  It's best to order with plenty of time in advance of the event for which you are needing your tutu.  It may be picked up in Bentonville, or I can ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Sales tax is applicable for Arkansas residents.

I aim for complete customer satisfaction.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to know about it.  Let me know if something is wrong, and I will do what I can to make it right.

If we agree that I have done something wrong, I will accept returns (still in perfect, resellable condition) by either exchange or return.  If you simply change your mind, there will be a 20% return fee.

I love to see my products in action!  Please feel free to send me pictures of your children, and I'd love to include them on the site.  By emailing me your photos, you are granting permission to The Mollycoddle Boutique for them to be posted, unless otherwise indicated.
